PIER PLACE DEVELOPMENT, YABA.

Construction: Commenced in May  2019; to be Completed in May  2022.

Pier Place is a premium tech-enabled office development located at the mainland of  Lagos, Nigeria. The project is accommodated across 5 floors with net area of  circa 1500 square meters. It’s iconic theme represents the client’s aspiration for  a world class and institutional quality office property with build-to-suite facilities.

CHICKEN REPUBLIC- FACTORY ROAD ABA, ABIA STATE.

Construction: Commenced in August  2020; was Completed in November  2020.

The scheme involved a remodeling of an old traditional building to a more contemporary design reflecting the brand of the client, Chicken Republic. The client is a fast-growing fast-food business with numerous outlets across different parts of the country. Their service model which ensures efficient service to the customers accompanied with an industrial kitchen were the highlights of the development of this scheme.

CHICKEN REPUBLIC- IBAFO, LAGOS STATE.

Construction: Commenced in March 2022 was Completed in May 2022.

The scheme involved a remodeling of an old building to a more contemporary design reflecting the brand of the client, Chicken Republic. The client is a fast-growing fast-food business with numerous outlets across different parts of the country. Their service model which ensures efficient service to the customers accompanied with an industrial kitchen were the highlights of the development of this scheme.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE, LEKKI- REMODELING.

Construction: Commenced in February 2021 and was completed in May 2021.

The project is a 6 bedroom detached building  and a 4-room staff quarters situated on circa 900 sqm of land, at a prime area of  Lekki, Lagos. The design concept was to preserve the main character of the building while giving it a remarkable face-lift.

ONIRU MAISONETTE

Construction: Commenced in November 2019 and expected completion is December 2022.

The project is a functional 4 units, 5 bedroom maisonette located at a prime area of  Lekki, Lagos. The design concept is a minimalist style paradigm with flat roof that will  host 40 solar panels, as alternative green energy power supply is a major design consideration for  the project. The total gross area of  the project is circa 1500 square meters.

NORTHERN FORESHORE RESIDENCE

Construction:  Expected to commence in 2022

This is a 2-Floor residential development wit 5 Bedrooms, 2 staff rooms, Living Rooms, Dining, Kitchen and 7 number of Bathrooms. This project is located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. The total gross area of  the project is circa  600  square meters.

ALPHA BEACH TERRACES

Construction: Expected to commence in 2022.

The project is a  3-Floor, 5 units Terrace Units. Each unit contains 5 Bedrooms, Staff room, Living rooms, study, Dining , Kitchen, and 6 Bathrooms. It is located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.

The total gross area of  the project is circa 1750 square meters.

IKEJA APARTMENTS

Construction: Expected to Commence in September 2022.

The project is a 7-Floor Apartment Block. There are 16 Apartment Units of Different Typologies- Studio, 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Apartments. It is located in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

The total gross area of  the project is circa  2000 square meters.

IKOTA RESIDENCE

This  private residence consists of  2 living rooms, dining, kitchen, chapel, study, 4 bedrooms, and a luxurious master bedroom on the pent floor.

The classical styled building occupies an area of  290 square-meters across 3 levels and sits on a site of   400 square-meters.

HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

Our client required a luxurious residential development in his hometown. Following an understanding of  the client’s aspirations, a neoclassical style concept was developed to the client’s satisfaction.

The proposed design entails 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 6 bedrooms with well landscaped environment.

The total built area is 800 square-meters accommodated on a site of  circa 2000 square-meters.

CONFERENCE CENTER

Design Proposal

The conference center has 2 auditoriums which have been designed to accommodate approximately 5000 persons and 2000 persons respectively. Effective breakout spaces common to both halls enable a gradual assembly or dispersal of  conferencing persons.

Smaller meeting rooms for  small groups  were also designed for. There are also galleries that ensure all proper sightlines from viewers to the podium are maintained while the linear smaller hall can be collapsed into distinct multiple spaces.

RESTAURANT, KADUNA.

Proposed Design and Construction Documentation

The scheme required converting an old institutional building to a premium restaurant that will  serve the busy neighborhood. We created a standard kitchen, eating spaces, storage, offices, lush landscaping. We also came up with a distinct character for  the roofing and façade that our client found very satisfying.

The building footprint covers 700 square-meters on about 2500 square meters site area.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Our client required a luxurious residential development in his  hometown. Following an understanding of  the client’s aspirations, a neoclassical style concept was developed to the client’s satisfaction.

The proposed design entails 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 6 bedrooms with well landscaped environment. The total built area is 800 square-meters accommodated on a site of  circa 2000 square-meters.

SALT PRODUCTION FACTORY

Project Completion: December 2019.

This  facility occupies an area of  circa 5500 square meters and consists of  production areas and administrative spaces. It is located at an industrial zone within Apapa axis of  Lagos.

The building majorly comprises of  steel structure for  the framing and an artful combination of  block-work, aluminum sheets and tempered glazing for  the envelope. The production areas are mostly double-volume spaces with the highest point at 12.5  meters.

Equipped with state of  the art machines, it’s  production capacity is 40 metric tones per hour.

SHOPPING MALL

Concept Design

The proposed mall was zoned to 2 levels- a ground level where majority of  the stores are located and an upper level, where 2 stalls of  cinema are located.

There are different stall categories ranging from small to large, but the ground floor magnet stores were strategically located at the ends to act as pivotal points. This  ensures customers are drawn through the concourse to go past all stalls where retail goods are always within shoppers view.

COOPERATIVE VILLA RESIDENCE

Status: Built in 2015.

The brief called for  an executive style 5 bedroom Detached building, with an exclusive 2 bedroom en- suite staff rooms within a prime housing estate. The design response was a modern style building with a pitch roof, French windows, seasoned timber elements and wall rustications portraying a simple but elegant character and minimalist but lush landscaping.

The total building area is about 450 square-meters on a site of  900 square meters. With an intensive project management administration, the project was completed in 9 months.
